Martin has worked in the electrical power industry in UK and internationally as engineering Manager as part of senior management teams throughout his career. He trained as an engineer with CEGB and worked in operations at a number of power stations in the UK and followed this with a two-year secondment to the Electricity Supply Commission of Zimbabwe.

In 2007 Martin formed Martin Jenkins Power Consulting Ltd which provides a range of managerial, technical and business services into the power industry. In this period, he worked with significant number of Turkish Clients and developed long-lasting relationships. Martin retired at the end of 2023 but we have managed to retain him for our services.

Eberhard worked as Risk Control Manager for Ford Europe for more than twenty years. He is working as senior risk consultant in Türkiye for many years, and he will support us on specific projects with our clients.
